Did you know that not everyone enjoys the loud sounds and fumes that crackers emit? That’s right. Our animals hate when we burst crackers! Here’s Why:
The LOUD Noise:
The loud noise effects several animals especially those with sensitive hearing. The sudden noises cause shock, panic and distress too. This leads to behaviour like aimless running, shivering or drooling.
The HORRIBLE Fumes:
These fumes are terrible for animals! They can cause issues in the respiratory system leading to breathing problems.
Behavioural CHANGES:
Because of this fear, several animals including pets could even start to get scared by thunderstorms and sometimes daily household noises too.
Dogs: (Example)
Dogs have sensitive hearing which is just one reason why the bursting of fire crackers can really scare them.
Birds: (Example)
Because of their fragile respiratory systems, are vulnerable toward the toxic fumes released by fire crackers which can cause breathing problems and other health issues too.
Even one burst can petrify these animals. Then next time you are about to burst a cracker, think twice. Do you really want to make so many animals tremble?
